Are you passionate about transforming ESG data into insights that drive real change? As ESG Reporting Manager at Impact Fund Denmark, you will play a central role in shaping the organization’s ESG reporting, ensuring compliance with international standards while enabling finance and sustainability to move forward together.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead the preparation of ESG reports aligned with frameworks such as IFRS/ESRS, SFDR, and Impact Frontiers. This is a hands-on role where you’ll ensure data quality, traceability, and transparency—while also helping to build new processes, systems, and methodologies as the organization grows.
What makes the role unique is its cross-functional setup: you will divide your time between the Finance team and the Sustainability & Impact team. This position places you at the very center of bridging financial reporting with sustainability insights—turning complex ESG requirements into actionable information that supports both regulators and investors.
Your primary tasks:
Who are you?
We imagine you bring a strong financial mindset combined with a genuine passion for sustainability. You hold a relevant academic background—such as finance, accounting, or auditing—and have at least 3–5 years of professional experience, including ESG reporting or sustainability assurance. Perhaps you began your career in audit or consulting and are now ready to take ownership of ESG reporting in-house.
You are confident working with international frameworks (IFRS S1/S2, ESRS, SFDR, GHG Protocol, TCFD, TNFD) and know how to build robust reporting processes. Detail-oriented and analytical, you thrive on structuring data and turning complexity into clarity. Strong communication skills in English are essential, and experience with ESG or financial data platforms will be an advantage.
As a person, you are structured, curious, and collaborative. You enjoy working across teams and cultures and take pride in helping organizations progress on their ESG journey.
